In May 2017, Collins announced, through Instagram, her engagement to fiancé Pancho Magno. Collins married Magno in a Christian ceremony at the Manila Marriot Hotel on December 11, 2017.
On July 6, 2020, she gave birth to her first child Skye Anakin.
